UX Strategy Manager (m/f/d)

Your profile

• Your academic degree in a UX/UI domain, psychology, or a related field is complemented by education/training in strategic UX topics. Certification in systems thinking, transformational leadership or coaching is a plus
• You bring severeal years of proven experience in UX roles, ideally driving comprehensive UX and CX strategies within complex organizations or through digitalization initiatives. Experience in leading (project) teams is a must
• A strong ability to effectively manage and allocate resources to achieve UX goals and milestones is as much part of your profile as excellent communication skills and expertise in ResearchOps, UX training and workshop facilitation, UX budgeting and implementation of UX KPI's
