Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree on Business, Marketing or Design.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with compulsory capabilities in Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Internet, design/content creation software
Knowledge of visual merchandising strategies and display planning
Ability to execute and oversee merchandising plans, exhibitions and events
Ability to analyse merchandising/industry trends that may impact strategy
Ability to understand, evaluate and implement marketing strategies
Analytical skills
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite of design software or any design software will be a plus.
Experience:
At least 5 years of marketing, trade marketing, channel management, retail experience
Marketing experience, preferably in CE retail business
Knowledge of other functions that provide inputs regularly, Product Development, Sales Operations, Marketing Communications, Customer Experience, Market Knowledge
Retail experience is preferred, knowledge of digital marketing concepts, Knowledge of the audio and/or consumer technology industries is a plus
Prior experience in managing and steering external agency relationships
Retail experience is preferred
Other Requirements:
Expert proficiency of the English language with excellent written and oral communication skills
Effective communicator and presenter
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
Extreme attention to detail, especially in communication, messaging, writing and presentation
Positive attitude and strong work ethics; willingness to learn and evolve in a challenging environment
Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment is a must
A team player with the ability to interact and influence effectively in a matrix organisation
High-level of self-motivation and initiative
