Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Management/Marketing/Public Relations/Advertising
  • 3+ years in a Trade Marketing role or similar role
  • In-depth experience in Marketing for Pro Audio or a similar industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language
  • Solid Business Acumen
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Must be highly creative
  • Ability to set challenging SMART goals and set high standards of excellence

 Responsibilities Include:

  • Research and recommend marketing initiatives and programs that align with corporate strategy and support pipeline and revenue goals for the Pro Audio Business Unit & Neumann in the region
  • Closely monitor and analyze Pro Audio Business Unit & Neumann sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity in the region, using BI & CRM
  • Study the market and propose initiatives (e.g. fairs, events, campaigns…) to be undertaken for increasing sales in this segment, based on KPI’s
  • Integrate with Business Group Heads and Sales team in order to understand new product developments and understand requirements from a marketing perspective
  • Assist in proposing and design marketing initiatives to augment sales across assigned regions
  • Effectively establish channel strategies along with implementing any marketing activities and initiatives in various regions
  • Identify and propose external agencies / strategic partners for marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate with external vendors such as marketing agencies, Booth builders etc. and maintain relations
  • Assist in creating a detailed marketing budget for various events conducted by the marketing department
