Skills and Competencies
We imagine you have extensive knowledge on product and application, and technical expertise. You are also analytical and have problem- solving skills. Customer Service and complaint handling experience is essential to this role and you will need to have excellent communications skills to be able to support our customers. As our new colleague, you have a strong team spirit and demonstrate a strong positive work ethic that embodies our company’s culture and corporate values.
As our area of work is the Nordic and Baltic countries, English skills is a must. It is an extra benifit if you can communicate in "Scandinavian" with our customers.
You will also need to be:
- Experienced in using CRM and ticketing systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 packages
- Proactive, problem solving, “can do” attitude
- Have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Continuously strive to upskill and keep abreast of change.
- Be able to support projects and duties applicable to Service Department
Education/Experience:
We expect a combination of Technical College or relevant Apprenticeship and a minimum of 2 years work experience.
Specific practical & demonstrable experience of one or more of the following environments (Recording Studios, Audio Integrators, Live Sound, House of Worship, Theatre Sound, Broadcast Sound, or consumer electronics) would be a benefit, but not a must.
