Qualifications - External

Ability to visually inspect equipment in order to determine deficiencies
Ability to diagnose to board level and repair equipment
Ability to provide knowledgeable and courteous repair service to all stakeholders
Ability to meet key performance metrics and/or productivity goals as defined by the business
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and JD Edwards preferred
HS Diploma from vocational school or equivalent.
Technical experience gained through on the job training.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
