Your experiences and skills to succeed in this role:

University degree in economics, business administration, strategy or comparable studies and several years of corresponding professional experience in leadership roles
Strategic thinking with strong strategic methodology and analyzing skills to take strategic, data-driven decisions that align with the company's overall vision and mission
A strong business acumen, understanding the company's operations, financials, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities; experienced in identifying and solving complex business problems
Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate the company's strategic plan, progress and projects to internal and external stakeholders
Strong negotiation and deal-making skills
Proven track record in managing and driving change and facilitating organizational transformation as the company evolves
Experienced in networking, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners
