Senior Venture Architect (f/m/d)

As an ideal candidate, you will bring these qualities to the role

• You have a successfully completed degree in economics or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of experience in digital management consulting, in (corporate) venture building, in the new business area of a company and/or in building a successful startup. Preferably in the audio world
• You are experienced in communicating with stakeholders and managing strategic projects as well as shaping strategic decision-making processes
• You have an entrepreneur mind-set, possess a strong business understanding and are experienced in the "from scratch to market traction" process
• You convince with your confident appearance in a collaborative work environment
• You continuously reflect on your decisions in terms of user and market needs and prioritize them in relation to our customer's value creation and impact on our business
• You have strong analytical methodological skills, especially in the area of Design Thinking & Lean Startup and act with a strong hands on mentality
• You have excellent English skills and feel comfortable as an absolute team player in an international company
