Senior UX Researcher (m/f/d)

Your profile 

• You have a degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, User Experience, Service Design, or similar fields with a focus on data collection and analysis. Additional qualifications in User Experience Research or Research Operations are a plus
• Your several years of professional experience in independently applying qualitative and quantitative methods in UX Research encompass not only classical UX Research but also addressing complex questions through statistical analysis or data triangulation
• Throughout your career, you have ideally encountered a broad range of user contexts (e.g., B2B, B2C, Hardware, Software) and worked in agile development teams
• You understand the key metrics your colleagues need for decision-making and know how to present and communicate insights in a way that seamlessly integrates them into the product development process (e.g., Customer Journeys, Personas, JTBD)
• You are a curious and empathetic individual, passionate about UX Research, capable of inspiring others with your enthusiasm, and adept at easily conveying complex methods
• You can independently conduct User Research in both English and German
