  • Strong HR experience in the following disciplines: performance management, payroll & benefits, compensation, organizational development, talent acquisition, training, HR systems, employee relations, legal compliance for US, Canada and Latin America, etc.
  • Bachelor's Degree required in Human Resources Management, psychology, or another related field
  • Solid knowledge of HR laws and regulations (US, Canada and Latin America)
  • Keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage many conflicting priorities
  • Highest ethical standards, and demonstrated ability to deal with confidential and highly sensitive information
  • Experience supporting multi states
  • Must have superior interpersonal and communications skills, influencing by relationship
  • Ability to mentor, motivate and supervise staff.
  • Demonstrated experience and success in a global and culturally diverse organization a plus
  • Strong analytical skills; solid understanding of HR metrics that drive accountability
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • The ability to take on the tactical components of the HR function.
