Sales Manager, Professional Audio (No. IL, WI, MN)

Your tasks
- Develop and Implement Sales Plans: Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets in the territory.
- Identify New Opportunities: Scout for new business opportunities, including potential customers and markets.
- Territory Analysis: Analyze the territory to identify growth opportunities and areas needing improvement.
- Dealer Support: Provide support to dealers through training, marketing materials, and product information.
- Sales Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
- Work with Internal Teams: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies.
Your profile
*To be considered, the ideal candidate must be based in the Chicago metropolitan area.
- Demonstrated and proven abilities in identifying, strategically approaching and acquiring new Channel Partners as well as the ability to assess risks of new Resellers
- Solid understanding of product specifications, advantages and applications
- Solid capability to answer medium level technical questions
- Excellent active listening and strong communication skills
- Willingness to document activities in IT-System (CRM)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
