Sales Manager, Business Communication Solutions


We are seeking qualified sales manager to proactively work with customers and system integrators to help increase our market share and revenue of the Business Communication Unit in Asia. You already have the knowledge and experience in selling IT/AV solutions, or have the passion to develop your skillset to become professional. We look forward seeing you excelling at relationship building with the customers and closing deals.



  • Develop strategies for acquisition and prospecting of new customers, pro-actively source for projects.
  • Manage and monitor the tender process activities and maintain close contacts with customers.
  • Collaborate with the technical experts and sales support in the preparation of sales proposal and technical specifications.
  • Conduct and support the technical team in product demonstrations to customers.
  • Lead the sales project team to ensure smooth delivery of final products to customers. Track and monitor order realization process.
  • Develop sales strategies and help customers to identify their business needs; recommend and share the benefits of our solutions.
  • Maintain good network and establish long-term relationship with customers to identify business opportunities.
  • Analyze market and competitor in the Business Communication solutions segment with special focus on System Integrators.
  • Document relevant project information and maintain customers’ visit/activities log in CRM.


  • Preferably Degree in IT/Business Management .
  • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar sales role in the IT/AV industry/products (minimum 3 to 5 years)
  • Experience working in B2B-environment
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Possess good presentation skill and deliver complex technical products/solutions in a simple and concise format.
  • In-depth understanding of sales channels, market dynamics, trends etc.
  • Good business acumen, able to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Result-driven.
  • Availability to travel as needed
