Requirements:
- Degree in IT/Business Management .
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar sales role in the IT/AV industry/products (minimum 3 to 5 years)
- Experience working with system integrators.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Possess good presentation skill and deliver complex technical products/solutions in a simple and concise format.
- In-depth understanding of sales channels, market dynamics, trends etc.
- Good business acumen, able to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Result-driven.
- Availability to travel as needed
