Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager for Sennheiser Business Communication, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with channel partners, and expanding the adoption of Sennheiser’s business communication solutions within your designated region. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to foster long-term partnerships.
Your tasks

Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement a regional sales plan aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and create strategies to maximize sales growth.
- Develop strategies for acquisition & prospecting of new customers, actively source for projects.
- Manage and monitor the tender process activities and maintain close contacts with customers.
- Document relevant project information and maintain customers’ visit/activities log in CRM.
Revenue and Performance Management:- Achieve and exceed regional sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
Channel Partner Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
- Train and support partners to effectively market and sell Sennheiser’s business communication products.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
- Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Product Expertise and Advocacy:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Sennheiser’s business communication portfolio, including conferencing, audio, and UC (Unified Communications) solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver product training, demonstrations, and presentations to partners and customers.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with marketing, technical support, and product management teams to align sales efforts with sales proposals/quotations, product launches and campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the brand and products.
- Conduct and support the technical team in product demonstrations to customers
- Develop and implement a regional sales plan aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the AV, IT, or technology sectors.
- Able to devise a strategic sales and marketing plan to engage the key markets
- In-depth understanding of sales channels, market dynamics, trends etc.
- Experienced in working in team environment.
- Positive and Optimistic Mindset. Result-driven.
- Good business acumen, able to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Strong understanding of channel sales models and partner ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of AV and business communication technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to travel as required.
