Your profile

Degree in IT/Business Management or relevant disciplines.
2 to 3 years relevant experience and proven track records as a Regional Sales Director or similar role in the IT/AV industry/products.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a sales team.
Able to establish and build relationships with system integrators and distributors.
Strong analytical, negotiation and influencing skills.
Possess good presentation skill and deliver ideas in simple and concise format.
In-depth understanding of sales channels, market dynamics, trends etc.
Good business acumen, able to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
Ability to build business cases including financial impact, forecast and budget.
Result-driven.
Availability to travel as needed
Understanding of individual needs and ability to manage conflict
Motivational skills and high level of self- motivation
Power of endurance and problem solving attitude
Ability to convince & energize people, strong collaborator
Market, business and industry understanding
Team player & Excellent communication skill
Positive attitude
Ability to analyze and solve complex tasks under consideration of opposite interests in an efficient manner
