Sales Director - DACH (m/f/d)

University or Technical College Degree Business or related field as well as 7+ years related industry experience including sales/project management experience. May consider less education with applicable work experience. A minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience is required.

Proven understanding of the audio electronics or high tech product sales, knowledge of audio electronic industry and products preferred.

Excellent sales skills with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, strong business acumen and analytical skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English.

Highly organized with effective time management  and strong management skills with the ability to motivate and coach a sales team.

Ability to maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.

Strong competitive drive with an intense focus to win for the team, to work collaboratively with staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment.

Persuasive negotiation skills to ensure client needs are well balanced internally and externally, up to 75% travel with a 50% minimum to regularly meet with Resellers, End-users, Influencers, customers, and sales team.

Ability to establish and maintain consistent corporate image throughout product line, promotional materials and events.

Strong presentation and PC skills including Microsoft Office 365 and CRM skills.
