Requirements:

Degree qualification from relevant disciplines with 3 to 5 years of related experience.
Demonstrated data management and supply chain planning experience in a similar role across a varied product profile range.
Expert knowledge and understanding of planning, forecasting and demand tools and systems.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and the S&OP process.
Exposure to and a deep understanding of the S&OP process and Supply Chain.
Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and promotional sales planning skills.
Proven commercial acumen and experience in presenting data.
Ability to consult and facilitate change across the business and to build strong cross functional business relationships locally and globally.
Proven leadership ability to engage, motivate and produce results with a small customer focused team.
