Regional Human Resources Manager, Americas
What You Will Do:
You'll enjoy a hands-on leadership role and will be responsible for directing and coordinating operational human resources activities, such as staffing, compensation and benefits administration, payroll, performance management, policy development, employee relations and legal compliance.
You will work closely with other department managers to define and execute HR strategies that accomplish business objectives and are responsible for executing HR solutions for the US, Latin America and Canada.
You will be part of a global HR organization, and work with CoE and HRBP to implement and execute integrated HR initiatives.
What You Will Bring:
You'll have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of experience in an HR Leadership role. You are a true generalist and have solid knowledge in performance management, payroll, benefits, compensation administration, compliance and employee relations. A background in supporting multi-state operations is helpful, as well as strong knowledge of US Labor Laws, and a familiarity with Canadian and Latin American employment practices.
This is a hybrid role (Old Lyme) with direct reports.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographical differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
At Sennheiser, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,000 - $140,000 Total Cash Compensation per year
The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses and program-specific awards.
