Qualifications:
- Degree or Master in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with at least 5 years of working experience in the area of project .management, preferably in product development in consumer electronics industry.
- Proven track record and hands-on experience in managing projects in product development and production environment.
- Proven experience in people management and risk management.
- Good knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
- Must have good communication skills, able to effectively communicate and presents project status to stakeholders.
- Must have in-depth project management skills and knowledge of product development processes.
Competencies:
- Must have a strong sense of responsibility and accountability to tasks undertaken.
- Must possess high sense of urgency in all areas.
- Must possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to handle multiple projects in product development activities simultaneously.
- Creative, self-motivated, resourceful and a good team player.
- Must be willing to local travel frequently and overseas travel occasionally.
- Must have good written and oral communications skills in English, ability to communicate effectively with different nationalities worldwide.
- Able to understand and converse in Chinese with suppliers/vendors in Asia.
- Experience with Agile project management.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, MS Team.
