Your profile

• You have a degree in communications, marketing, industrial engineering or business administration or a comparable qualification
• You have experience in leading and managing digital products and websites
• You can apply UX research methods to make customer-centric decisions
• You have experience in data analysis and conversion rate optimization
• You have in-depth knowledge of business development and product marketing
• You bring solid technical knowledge
• You have proven skills in stakeholder management
• You have experience with agile projects and/or in agile organizations
• You are fluent in written and oral English and feel comfortable in an international family business
