Your profile
- University degree and 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager working with proven track-recoord of launching products from ideation to production and market launch
- Strong understanding of how to play a crucial part in an impactful product team - analysis, hypothesis formation, ideation, prioritisation and execution
- Experienced in driving the whole product lifecycle - research, prototyping, iterative development and testing, launch, and continuous improvement
- Consistent in using qualitative and quantitative insights to define strategy, goals and roadmap
- Understanding the usage of data and metrics, the industry trends and competitive environment as well as customer needs to clearly define the impact future products will have in your key area
- Comfortable taking decisions and moving forward to learn fast when data or research might be difficult to acquire
- Resilient and able to deal with unvertainty and constant change
- You are a strong collaborator and can engage with engineers, designers, data scientists, company leaders or other stakeholders
- You have strong communication and presentation skills
- German language is an advantage
