Product Manager Customer Portal (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Take full ownership of our central customer platform
- Define the product vision and strategic purpose (“the why” behind the product)
- Translate strategy into a scalable roadmap for the portal and its digital services
- Further develop the governance structure and shared product vision
- Collaborate closely with business units and integrate their requirements
- Ensure a consistent customer experience across all digital touchpoints
- Set KPIs to measure success and manage regular releases
- Coordinate interdisciplinary internal teams and external partners
- Work alongside the Technical Service Owner to optimize product performance
- Plan and oversee the product budget
- Analyze market trends and competitors for continuous improvement
- Serve as the main point of contact for all matters related to the customer platform
Your profile
- A degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in digital product management – ideally with a focus on portals, platforms, or SaaS solutions
- Strong technical expertise and proven UX competence
- Mastery of stakeholder management in complex organizational environments
- Proficient use of UX research methods to make customer-centric decisions
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven choices
- Deep knowledge of business development and product marketing
- Confident command of agile methods and frameworks
- Clear communicator with excellent facilitation skills and a diplomatic approach
- Fluent in German and English at a professional negotiation level
