Marketing Automation Specialist

Your profile

• You have a  Bachelor’s university degree in digital marketing or similar education
• You have experience developing integrated marketing campaigns using leading marketing automation platform (Mautic, Marketo, etc.)
• You have working knowledge of database management concepts and best practices.
• You have working knowledge of leading CRM system(s) as it relates to marketing automation
• You have proficiency in managing analytics solutions including measurement setup, reports & dashboards
• You are experienced in B2B demand generation in technology product and/or services company
• You are experienced with lead scoring methodology and lead generation / lead capture best practices
• You’re comfortable driving results on your own - we are a virtual team spread around the globe and your manager is always available, but will not be pushing you every day in the office 
• You are used to handling multiple tasks and projects
• As a person you are humble but also hungry for success and smart in how you manage your relationships with other people 
• You live and breathe team spirit and know that you are only successful if those around you benefit from your knowledge and contributions. 
• You are also used to multicultural environment.
