- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years in a leadership role in a contact center
- Must exhibit strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to select, train and develop personnel
- Strong organizational, planning, and process management skills
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills, and good phone skills
- Superior customer service attitude; able to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and multi-task to achieve overall customer satisfaction.

- Proficient PC skills to include Microsoft Office and JD Edwards preferred
