  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years in a leadership role in a contact center
  • Must exhibit strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to select, train and develop personnel
  • Strong organizational, planning, and process management skills
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills, and good phone skills
  • Superior customer service attitude; able to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and multi-task to achieve overall customer satisfaction.
