Your profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering or Information Technology or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- more than 8 years experience in alliance and partnership management, business development, or sales roles, preferably in a management capacity
- Relationship Building: Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with external stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams
- Collaborative Approach: Strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization. Experience working closely with product management and market insights teams is highly desirable
- Expert negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills
- Proven track record of creating and maintaining successful strategic partnerships
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the audio industry, including market dynamics, emerging trends, and key competitors. Familiarity with consumer electronics, audio technology, or related sectors is advantageous
