Our Corporate Communications & Brand team is looking for a Licensing Manager (m/f/d) to help us advance the Sennheiser brand and our licensing business. Licensing Manager (m/f/d) 

These will be your tasks:

Develop, implement and manage Sennheiser’s global brand licensing program, which supports our overall company and brand strategy including the development and relationship management of business partners.

Plan and lead the brand licensing business by creating a strategy based on business cases and aligned targets.

Define criteria (KPIs) as well as monitoring and reporting to measure the performance of the program.

Implement the licensee program and coordinate concrete projects jointly with the business units.

Identify, evaluate and select potential licensee categories and partners.

Develop negotiation strategy, lead negotiation of licensing agreements with strategic partners and finalize contracts with support of Legal department

Monitor existing partners to ensure compliance with strategy, quality standards as well as agreed financial targets and counteract if necessary

You are the right person, if you can provide:

  • Degree in Marketing or Business Administration

  • Several years of industry experience, deep knowledge and skills of licensing.

  • Best practice in securing licensing opportunities

  • Confident appearance, excellent negotiation and strong presentation skills

  • Ability to take personal responsibility for managing complex projects on your own while also knowing when to involve others

  • Team player with outstanding communication skills and positive powers of persuasion

  • Experience working with international and interdisciplinary teams

This knowledge and/or skills may have been acquired by other means.
