Essential
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong experience with audio electronics or
high-tech products, specific to corporate install environments and systems
integration.
- Channel sales experience and a strong competitive
drive.
- Strong understanding of
customer and market dynamics.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to speak, understand and write in
English.
- Polished presentation skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office.
- Maintain professional internal
and external relationships that meet company core values.
- Visibility requires maintaining a professional
appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
Other
Requirements:
- Ability
to work extended hours as business needs dictate and overnight included.
- Must
have a reliable car for travel to local customer sites and a drivers’
license in good standing.
- Must
have a passport.
- Capable and available to travel up to travel 75% - domestic and international travel.
Education and/or Experience:
University or Technical College Degree Business or related field as well as 5+ years related commercial sales and industry experience, such as Systems Integration and Corporate Installation, Electrical Engineering, audio technology, knowledge RF technology. May consider less education with applicable work experience. Prior experience working with Key Accounts preferred.
