Key Account Manager - Full Compass/National Distribution Manager

As a Key Account Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing and nurturing the strategic business relationship between Sennheiser and Full Compass. This individual will drive sales growth, maximize product visibility, and ensure strategic alignment between our company’s offerings and Full Compass sales strategies. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our full range of pro audio products, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

 What You’ll Do:

In partnership with the Director of Sales, you’ll develop and execute sales strategies for Full Compass.  You’ll search out and act on new business opportunities within Full Compass to expand our Sennheiser product placement and enhance our brand presence.  Monitoring and forecasting sales will be a critical component to your success, and the ability to read the signs and pivot as required to drive sales is key.  Additionally, you’ll manage our National Distributor network, developing and maintaining relationships, ensuring efficient logistics and inventory management, driving sales performance, and aligning distribution strategies with Company Sales targets.

What You’ll Bring:

You have 5 to 8 + years of experience in Sales, with a focus on key account management, preferably in the Pro Audio industry.  Even better if you have experience selling to Full Compass!  You can share stories of how you’ve built relationships, driven sales growth with expansive product portfolios, how you’ve won negotiations, and how you’ve met and exceeded sales targets.
