In this role you will be responsible for providing Inside Sales support to the Sales Managers and Business Development Managers by actively identifying, approaching and acquiring new end users (and customers – resellers, system integrators) by promoting related Professional Audio products  through effective telemarketing sales techniques to ensure end user satisfaction by performing the following duties.



Essential Skills and Requirements:

  • Must have experience with extensive outbound business-to-business calls
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling techniques
  • Demonstrated success meeting sales goals and growing sales
  • Superior customer service attitude; able to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills - to minimum B2 level Dutch, French and English
  • Good active listening skills and phone skills
  • Technical knowledge of company products preferred
  • Good organizational skills with excellent follow-through
  • Proficient PC skills and experience with CRM system.


High school diploma or general education degree with three years related experience in a telemarketing environment preferred and/or related training. (Associates or Bachelor’s degree with minimum 1 year related sales experience preferred.)
