Essential Skills and Requirements:

Must have experience with extensive outbound business-to-business calls
Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling techniques
Demonstrated success meeting sales goals and growing sales
Superior customer service attitude; able to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact
Excellent oral and written communication skills - to minimum B2 level Dutch, French and English
Good active listening skills and phone skills
Technical knowledge of company products preferred
Good organizational skills with excellent follow-through
Proficient PC skills and experience with CRM system.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree with three years related experience in a telemarketing environment preferred and/or related training. (Associates or Bachelor’s degree with minimum 1 year related sales experience preferred.)
