Skills and Qualfications:

Higher vocational training / bachelor personnel management or comparable
Min. 5 years working experience in a SME sales environment
Experience in local labour law/ HR professional
Solid experience with cases of sick leave and other absences
Good practical knowledge of Dutch, French and English
Ability to think both conceptually and pragmatically
Managerial experience
