Overview

As the Manager Human Resources BeNeFraux you will mainly be responsible for the staff, welfare and payroll of the 3 legal entities in the Sennheiser group: Sennheiser Belux BVBA, Sennheiser Netherlands BV and Sennheiser France SAS. You will mainly be active out of the Belgian office (situated in Brussels). For that purpose you will also be expected to visit occasionally (2-3 visits/year per country) the offices in NL and France.

 

Internationally, HR has strongly developed in recent years within the Sennheiser group and more and more corporate HR guidelines and projects are introduced. One HR Community works together to coordinate efforts to provide a value add HR department focused upon the culture and values of the business, while motivating and developing all our staff, and delivering projects from the HR perspective. You will be expected to play an active role within the international ONE HR community.

 

A good balance between vision and operational executive work remains important, specifically in a smaller team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support of the various local and global projects from the HR perspective (e.g. Transformation Project, Partnership Project etc.)
  • Change Management and Implementation
  • Overall recruitment responsibility and support of ‘managers’
  • Employee Wellbeing
  • Employee Relations and Performance Management in line with the local labour law
  • Onboarding and inductions
  • Exit management
  • Planning, implementing and managing the training and coaching program
  • Monitoring evaluation, delivery and guidance of Performance Development Dialogues and appraisal meetings of all departments
  • Assisting managers in employee Talent Management process
  • Internal company policies, labour regulations and employment agreements/contracts for the region.
  • Monthly payroll preparation and processing– exception and adjustment led
  • Liaison with external benefits providers and staff taxation specialists
  • Liaison with external legal advisors – HR contracts  and ER matters

 

Admin duties:

  • Maintenance of HR / personnel files, vacation, sick leaves, maternity and parental leave, medical check-up; preparing contracts of employments, the internal regulations as well as the right documents for disciplinary actions according to the labor law and update them when necessary.
  • General information regarding absence and reintegration policies (database/personnel files).

 

Legal Obligations:

  • Maintaining contacts with all necessary local and sectorial organizations and instances in the area of personnel policies in BE, NL, FR with regard to the core responsibilities.
  • First contact for labour lawyers regarding social benefits, measures and regulations.

Monitoring working conditions and security policy in accordance with all legal obligations in Belgium, the Netherlands and France

Skills and Qualfications:

  • Higher vocational training / bachelor personnel management or comparable
  • Min. 5 years working experience in a SME sales environment
  • Experience in local labour law/ HR professional
  • Solid experience with cases of sick leave and other absences
  • Good practical knowledge of Dutch, French and English
  • Ability to think both conceptually and pragmatically
  • Managerial experience
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
