Head of Programs - Software Applications (f/m/d)

As an ideal candidate, you will bring these qualities to the role

• 7+ years proven success as a software team leader including defining long-term software strategies, leading teams working on challenging problems of scale and reliability
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent, preferably Master’s degree
• Experience in building systems that are used by multiple products or teams
• Relevant experience in software development, understanding of technology and deep understanding of web technologies and application development
• Agile mindset with demonstrated experience with agile development and software, and, ideally also hardware life cycle management 
• Broad knowledge of software architecture
• Analytical and great problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills; strong English communication skills, both written and verbal 
• Solid cross-functional and cross-organization communication and people skills, including support of and influence on stakeholders outside the team
• Success with managing partially or fully remote teams
• Experience working with SaaS and respective enablers like identity solutions 
• Experience using leading front-end technologies
