Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management/Marketing or any equivalent combination of academic discipline.
- At least 7 to 10 years’ of relevant working experience within Sales & Marketing and proven track records in a leadership role
- Possess excellent skill sets in strategic planning, digital marketing, communications management, budget planning, marketing and media relations and effectively integrate marketing deliverables into the overall company plan.
- Possess excellent knowledge on local market. Considerable marketing experience in South East Asia and a strong general knowledge of the regional markets.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Creative and able to put to actions beyond normal way doing marketing.
- Highly effective communication and presentation skills.
- Able to build relationships that earns trust and rapport with stakeholders.
- Excellent motivational and leadership skills.
