Your profile
- Senior-level experience in customer service, preferably with five or more years of experience in direct customer contact.
- Advanced technical knowledge and expertise in hardware, software, operating systems, and networking to effectively address customer issues.
- Working with Analogue Audio principles, Digital Audio and DSP, Network technology and architecture, and IT security, Audio over IP, Digital Video terminology and basics of digital video and video streaming, Audio and AV equipment and installations. Analogue and digital RF systems, UC Platform knowledge, programming/API skills a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact confidently and empathetically with end-users.
- Proficient in support-related tools such as MS Teams, MS Planner, and IT ticketing tools (e.g. Jira, TOPdesk)
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple support tickets and priorities simultaneously.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in customer support practices.
