Are you interested in joining our Product Team in Vallensbaek, near Copenhagen?


We are looking for a new Product Manager to join our Product Team in Vallensbaek / Denmark. You will report to Global Portfolio Management and work alongside our Consumer Digital Lab to drive new products and businesses for the Consumer Division.

The Product Manager will be responsible for new digital initiatives and products that will have a significant impact on the Sennheiser brand and business around the world.

  • Own product management responsibilities for new headphone products and initiatives,
  • Work closely with the Insights Team within Portfolio Management, develop in-depth understanding of end-user needs, use cases and market dynamics and define the best insight led value propositions for new products,
  • Manage and own new products from ideation to UX design, proof of concept / prototyping, business case, potential new business model and integration into portfolio / roadmap,
  • Solid collaboration and interfaces with the headquarter in Germany, e.g. Global Portfolio Management, Product Development, Sales and Marketing and other corporate functions,
  • Accelerate the shift of our thinking from pure hardware product development to integrated software and hardware development to deliver smarter and more connected experiences,
  • Think through new business models and revenue streams when appropriate,
  • Build relationships with new potential partners to deliver best products, experiences, and technologies.

  • University degree and 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the Consumer Electronic Industry / Tech / Start up,  
  • Experience in the Product Management field and in the handling of hardware and software value propositions,
  • Familiarity with modern procedures of product and software development,
  • International mindset and very good ability to speak, write and read in English, international work experience is beneficial
  • Proven track record in managing international innovation projects and roll-outs in a complex and dynamic environment,
  • Very good communication and organization skills with the ability to work across teams, disciplines and regions at all levels in the organization
