Your profile 

• You have a degree in business administration, economics or similar discipline and have professional experience in a comparable position
• You have hands-on experience in the implementation and further development of HR IT systems as well as in digitalization of processes
• You have a strong affinity towards IT and possess excellent analytical skills
• Your knowledge of operational HR processes, in the context of complete employee life cycle, is an advantage
• Your sound know-how in project management and change management round off your profile
• You communicate internationally, are a strong negotiator and have very good English language skills
• Proactive and customer-oriented action is one of your strengths
• You are a team player and your way of thinking and working is comprehensive and solution-oriented
• You possess assertiveness, coupled with tact and a high level of stakeholder management competence
