Global HR Business Partner (f/m/d)

As an ideal candidate, you will bring these qualities to the role

• You have a degree in economics and many years of professional experience as an HR leader in a national and international context
• You have profound HR know how and expertise in managing HR processes on a global level
• You can draw on a wealth of experience in working with executive management level/leaders and act as an engaging personality with a confident demeanor at all hierarchical levels
• You strengthen our team with excellent know-how in the area of candidate attraction/recruiting, especially of specialist functions (e.g. in engineering)
• Good knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining law and works constitution law as well as analytical expertise round off your professional profile
• As an experienced leader, your personal qualities include openness, a proactive and collaborative approach, and excellent communication skills
• As an absolute team player and networker, you enjoy working in an international team and speak fluent German and English.
