These qualifications you bring with you:

You hold a degree in Economics (or a comparable field) and have extensive professional experience as an HR leader in both national and international contexts.
You possess profound HR knowledge and expertise in managing global HR processes.
You can draw on a wealth of experience in collaborating with executive management and leaders, and you act as a reliable personality with a confident demeanor at all hierarchical levels.
Good knowledge of labor, collective bargaining, and works constitution law, as well as analytical acumen, round off your professional profile.
Personally, you impress as an experienced leader with openness, a proactive and collaborative approach, and excellent communication skills.
As an absolute team player and networker, you enjoy working in an international team and are fluent in both German and English.
