EMEA Customer Service Generalist

In this role you will contribute to the implementation and realization of the vision, objectives and strategy of Sennheiser Benelux. You will be the first point of contact for the customer who can provide you with product technical information and guidance. You will translate the customer's needs into a sound advice and product. You keep control of the execution of these orders and ensure an optimal after-sales service. You strive for maximum customer satisfaction. To Account Managers you are the first point of contact for sales support of large orders and projects. 



  • ASO / TSO work and thinking level 
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience 
  • Affinity with Music, Sound and/or Sennheiser products is a must
  • Solid communicative experience 
  • Solid administrative experience 
  • Controlling the Dutch language 
  • English language proficiency 
  • Excellent command of the French language 
  • Excellent planning and organizational talents
