Job Requirements

Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive increases in website traffic, conversion rates, average order size, customer profitability, retention and other key business success drivers.
  • Define, report, and interpret analytic results. Leverage analytical insights to drive effective decisions regarding site functionality enhancements and to optimize the site experience for increased sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop our 3rd Party Marketplace businesses (i.e., Amazon, Walmart, etc.). Creates, manages, and optimizes product feeds to these 3rd party marketplaces, while also creating and executing marketing campaigns to support them.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize online activities
  • Work with external Affiliate Marketing partners (i.e, Rakuten, Partnerize)
  • Manage promotional calendars
  • Manage the day-to-day site operations working with other cross-functional support areas including Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, etc. Proactively identify and resolve issues and risks to site performance.

Essential Characteristics

  • 4-year degree in Business, Marketing or related area – Associates degree with relevant work experience may also be considered.
  • 1-3 years’ experience related to e-commerce, digital marketing customer service or similar related experience
  • Experience in Demand Planning & Inventory Management preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the ecommerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices and industry trends
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
  • Detailed understanding of end-to-end eCommerce processes including website infrastructure, content management, product attribution and customer-facing functionality.
  • Experience in Shopify or equivalent ecommerce platforms, JD Edwards
  • Demonstrated experience with website strategy, site functionality and end-user experience in a transactional environment
  • High degree of proficiency in MS office suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, vlookups etc).
  • Web Analytics (Google/Adobe Analytics) experience preferred
  • HTML/CSS skills a plus
