E-Commerce Administrator (f/m/d)

The E-Commerce Administrator will assist in the planning, execution, and marketing functions of Sennheiser’s E-Commerce platform. They will ensure published pricing and availability matches inventory and pricing systems, and coordinate changes with stakeholders in sales and marketing. The E-Commerce Administrator will be responsible for global updates to our E-Commerce platform, and will share reports with the Digital Marketing Team, and stakeholders across the organization.

Your tasks and responsibilities will be

  • Support and development of global e-commerce systems
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal stakeholders (Marketing, Logistics, Sales, IT)
  • Communicate with and support regional teams in their e-commerce needs
  • Collect and report data to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of products on Sennheiser’s e-commerce platform
  • Validate pricing, stock, and availability globally and ensure accurate display on Sennheiser’s web platform
  • Work alongside other Digital Marketing team members to coordinate launches and updates
  • Assist in the curation of the shopping experience on Sennheiser.com
  • Use our web content management system to build pages supporting special offers, or regional sales
  • Add an experienced voice to the continued improvement of Sennheiser’s e-commerce experience

As an ideal candidate, you will bring these qualities to the role

  • 2 years of professional experience with e-commerce platforms
  • A basic understanding of back-end programming technologies (PHP, Ruby, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with HTML and CSS
  • In-depth knowledge and technological understanding of the gears of online business
  • An understanding of the various tools in online commerce (payment gateway, ERP, CRM, etc.)
  • An interest in Pro Audio products, and the Pro Audio community
  • Experience using web-based content management systems (Wordpress, Drupal, Optimizely, etc.)
  • Experience working in a global environment
  • High comfort level communicating with stakeholders across an organization
  • A demonstrated creative approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues
