The ability to communicate in a professional manner in a fast pace working environment

Available to support introduction of new processes & procedures pertaining to the team
Continuously monitor all customer order lines in backlog to ensure the dates promised to the customer are kept up to date with the lates information
Highlight to channels and allocation captains constrained items concerning customer orders so they can make decisions on the allocation
Work in collaboration with direct sales departments, ensuring accurate availability, for example: webshop
Ensure reliable communication for all products under the remit of planning / purchasing tasks
