In this global role, the successful candidate may be based in any country where a Sennheiser sales subsidiary is located. 

 

This role is responsible for the digital marketing activities for the entire product portfolio of the Business Communication Business Unit. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, managing, executing and tracking the performance of the online strategy for the Business Communication Business Unit, including but not limited to, website UX, SEO / SEM activities, marketing automation and newsletters, social media activities and online advertising

Works closely with: • Business Communication Marketing Team
• Additional Digital Marketing colleagues within Marketing (Online Development Coordinators, Performance Marketing)
• Corporate I.T. • Business Communication CRM Business Process Manager • Marketing agencies • Business Communication Product Management • Sales / Regional Marketing Teams
 
Job Requirements • A relevant 4-year Bachelor’s university degree in digital marketing or similar education
• 5+ years of experience in developing and executing online marketing strategies • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/Javascript
• Experienced with developing web content and using popular content management systems
 • Proficiency in managing web analytics solutions including measurement setup, reports & dashboard, 
 • May be asked to act as team lead  but no direct report.  
 •Experience with marketing automation, lead generation and SEA/SEO
• Basic skills of relevant Adobe Creative Suite products would be an advantage
• Proven project management and communications skills
• Able to execute and deliver based on a marketing plan and proactively structuring your tasks
• Excellent English skills in speech and writing, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
• Result-oriented, "can-do" attitude and persistent work style
 
Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities
• Ensure the integration of digital marketing opportunities into the overarching marketing campaigns
• Ensure a unified user experience across geographical locations and ensure that the premium brand and product positioning is reflected on our web sites and other online media
• Manage and maintain our content management system (CMS)
• Plan, coordinate and execute on the SEA/SEO, Social Media and digital marketing outreach activities
• Measure, analyze and report on the performance of online activities • Identify trends and insights to optimize online activities
• Budget planning for online marketing activities
• Assist Regional Marketing teams with the use of the Marketing Automation tool in line with pre-defined campaigns
• Work with Business Communications CRM Business Process Manager to ensure proper connectivity and lead management between digital platforms, marketing automation and CRM Essential Characteristics
• Technical & conceptional skill-set • Understanding of the mechanism of digital marketing
