What You Bring:                                                                      

  • You are located in CT within commuting distance of our corporate office in Old Lyme.
  • You are bilingual in either Spanish or French.
  • You’ve got one – three years of experience in Customer Service, coupled with excellent phone management skills.
  •  You actively seek additional experience and knowledge in technical/ functional areas to gain expertise beyond current assignments. 
  •  You’ve got excellent organizational skills as well as oral and written communication skills, have keen attention to detail, and are self-directed, a self-starter, and a problem solver. 
  • You have the ability to work independently and within a team and are able to meet deadlines & balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographical differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

 At Sennheiser, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is $42,000 to $55000 Total Cash Compensation per year.

 The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees.  Other compensation may include annual bonuses and program-specific awards.  In addition, our company provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
