Change Manager (m/f/d)

Your profile 

• You have a degree in business administration, psychology, organizational development, communication, or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in the relevant field.
• You have experience in leading and executing large change projects and managing deadlines.
• You possess strong skills in designing change processes and a "can-do" mentality.
• You have a systemic consulting or coaching qualification.
• You have a solid understanding of change management principles, methods, and tools.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• You think dynamically and strategically and have strong problem-solving skills.
• You can engage and involve stakeholders at all levels.
• You have a high level of emotional intelligence and resilience.
• A certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is an advantage.
• You enjoy working with international colleagues and are willing to travel internationally occasionally.
