Business Controller and Chief of Staff (m/f/d)

What we are looking for

• “Hands-on” navigator that knows how to keep things “in control” in an high-growth and agile, fast-paced environment
• Business advocate with strong analytical skills
• Strong “manage thru influence” skills with the ability to motivate and coach for maximizing results across functional areas and teams
• Proficiency in data analytics and excel modeling
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet required deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal team members as well as external colleagues to create a result driven, team-oriented environment
• Strong ability to take initiative and drive decision making with all levels of interfaces
• Fluent in English language in both writing and oral
• Experience with EAP and CRM systems as well as Business Intelligence reporting platforms (management reporting)
• Four year university degree required; Master’s degree preferred (MBA) and several years experience in a Business Controlling, Business Consulting or similar role
• Passion for music, gaming, film and/or similar genres
