Skills and Requirements

3+ years’ experience in a highly automated production environment is essential.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential.
A third-level qualification (QQI Level 5 or 6) in a Mechatronics discipline will be an advantage. Alternatively, a Trades qualification with extensive experience in an automated environment will also be considered.
Experience in Pneumatics, Electronics, Programmable Controllers (PLCs), Servo Motor drive systems, Vision systems, Ultrasonic welding, workshop machining desirable.

Personal Specifications

Demonstrate an enthusiastic and motivated approach to duties.
A team player, with good communication skills – both written and verbal.

Methodical approach combined with accuracy and attention to detail.
Must be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team and display an understanding of teamwork culture.
Reliable and punctual time management.
